Guide for Italian radio hosts trying to pronounce “Mc” and “Mac”

    “Mac” is always pronounced “Mack”.

    “Mc” changes.

If the next letter after “Mc” is a vowel it is pronounced “Mack”.  (ie. Kayleigh McEnany).

If the next letter after “Mc” is a consonant it is pronounced “Mick”.  (ie. Egg McMuffin)

Poor Kenny. He is merely the result of our modern public education system. They no longer teach phonics, so kids haven’t been taught to sound out words, and therefore can’t pronounce or spell even simple English words. I know he jokes about it, Bless His Heart, and it cannot be easy to follow in the footsteps of One so well-read, well-spoken, and well-rounded, God Rest His Soul. Perhaps the bits about the oratorical eloquence of CongressWOMAN Sheila Jackson Lee, Al Sharpton and their ilk might be better presented by Steve or Mr. Kenneth. Glass houses and all that, you know…

      Kenny is a great person.

No other person in the world could have taken-over after John.

Kenny is easy to make fun of, but we all love him.

Kenny is similar to an untrained puppy.

He constantly makes simple mistakes, but he is still loveable.

Ken is smarter than 95% of all other people in the country when it comes to things that actually matter, but simple grammar and pizza habits elude him.
